In continuation to its aforesaid disclosure and pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, UTI Asset Management Company has informed that the Board will, in its aforesaid meeting scheduled on 26th April, 2022, also consider recommendation of final dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022.
