ICICI Securities reports marginal rise in Q4 consolidated net profit

ICICI Securities has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2022.

The company has reported a rise of 2.94% in its net profit at Rs 338.81 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 329.13 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.57% at Rs 891.46 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 739.39 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

On the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 3.28% in its net profit at Rs 340.29 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 329.47 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 20.69% at Rs 892.30 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 739.34 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, the company has reported a rise of 29.22% in its net profit at Rs 1,379.54 crore as compared to Rs 1,067.55 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.93% at Rs 3436.9 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2585.44 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.

For the year ended March 31, 2022, on the consolidated basis, the company has reported a rise of 29.49% in its net profit at Rs 1,382.60 crore as compared to Rs 1,067.72 crore for the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 32.96% at Rs 3,438.48 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 2,586.17 crore for year ended March 31, 2021.
