With reference to its letter dated January 28, 2022 with regard to appointment of N Sankar as Chairman emeritus of the Company (copy enclosed). As stated therein, he was not a Director on the Board of Chemplast Sanmar Limited. Chemplast Sanmar has informed about demise of N Sankar, Chairman Emeritus, on April 17, 2022 and consequently he ceased to be Chairman Emeritus of the Company with effect from that date.
