With reference to the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ DDHS /CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by large Corporates and disclosures and compliances thereof by such Large Companies. Hybrid Financial Services has informed that: a) As on March 31, 2022 the company (formerly known as Mafatlal Finance Company) does not fall under the category ‘Large Entities’ as per framework provided in the aforesaid circular nor does have any borrowings and b) ln the view of the above, the Company is not Large Corporate (LC) within the meaning of the above circular and accordingly is of the view that no disclosure is required.
