Quint Digital Media has entered into a Franchisee Agreement for a period of 5 years to launch the overseas platform named as 'Quint World'.
Earlier, the company had completed the acquisition of 100% equity shares along with Convertible Instruments of Quintillion Media and 47.92% equity shares of Spunklane Media on January 19, 2022, in terms of Shares/ Securities Purchase Agreements executed between the parties.
Quint Digital Media is primarily engaged in the business of running websites through web, digital or mobile media and which may include various information including current affairs, lifestyle, entertainment etc.
