Orient Cement has informed that as on March 31, 2022, Orient Cement does not fulfill the criteria no. (iii), as specified at para 2.2 of SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, and hence shall not be considered as a 'Large Corporate'. Accordingly, the Company shall be exempt from the following requirements applicable to a Large Corporate as per the framework provided in the said circular: Initial Disclosure in Annexure A to the aforesaid circular for the financial year 2022-23; annual Disclosure as mentioned in Annexure B2 of the said circular for the financial year 2021-22.
