With reference to SEBI Circular- SEBI/ HO/ DDHS/CIR/ P/ 2018/ 144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of fund raised by issuance of debt securities by Large Entities and disclosures and compliances thereunder by such Large Corporate (LC), Finolex Cables has informed that the company is not a 'Large Corporate' (LC) as at 31st March, 2022 as per the framework provided in the aforesaid Circular. Hence, the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings in Annexure Bl to the aforesaid Circular for the financial year ended 2021-22, is not applicable to the Company.
