Ambuja Cements’ Rabriyawas plant has been awarded the prestigious National Safety Award (mines). This was indeed a proud moment as it proved that Ambuja’s Zero Harm policy with its strong emphasis on improving safety parameters and reducing risks through people engagement has borne fruit. Some initiatives like the Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) program and Reward & Recognition (R&R) program have helped reiterate the focus on safety.
