With reference to the SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 in respect of fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure compliance thereof by the Large Corporates (LC), Veranda Learning Solutions has confirmed that the Company does not fulfill the criteria (i) & iii) of clause 2.2 of the said circular as on March 31st 2022. Accordingly, the said circular is not applicable to the Company.
