NSE/CM/Surveillance/11906, with respect to recent news item which appeared in the 'thehindubusinessline.com' and https://economictimes.indiatimes.com dated April 22, 2022 captioned 'Vedanta group to divest 25 per cent stake each in 3 Sterlite Technologies units', seeking a response from the Company on the same, Sterlite Technologies has confirmed that it is not aware of any unpublished price sensitive information which is required to be intimated to the Stock Exchanges as per Regulation 30 and that has not been so intimated including what is referred to in the aforementioned news article.
