Aptus Value Housing Finance India is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis, in one or more tranches/issues/series as per the business requirement of the Company, in accordance with all the applicable laws. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 05, 2022, inter-alia, to consider and approve raising of funds.
