Phyto Chem (India) has informed that it enclosed the scrutinizer report mistakenly has stated the details entered in the e-voting results instead of taking no. of total votes polled, 9362, the no. of members as 36 by pure mistake and unintentional. The same has been revised with the correct data and attached. This was necessitated on account of revised Scrutinizer report. The company also submitted that the above error does not change the results for or against the resolution shown to have been passed at the meeting. The company also informed that the Company believes in good Corporate Governance and strict adherence to all statutory regulations to avoid violations.
