Physical Rubber prices witnessed some improvement on Friday due to firm demand at domestic spot market. Moreover, holding back of stocks by big dealers in anticipation of higher prices also triggered a scarcity in the market.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety gained to Rs 167.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 167/ kg; while the RSS-5 variety rose to Rs 164.50/ kg compared to its previous closing of Rs 164/ kg.
