He will serve his notice period of 3 months. He will relinquish from the position of Chief Financial Officer at the close of working hours on May 18, 2022; approved the appointment of Sunit Malhotra as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from May 19, 2022. Further, the details as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is enclosed as an Annexure A.
