With reference to the SEBI circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26 November 2018 and 11 April 2019 in respect of fund raising by issuance of debt securities by Large Corporates (LC) and disclosure, compliances thereof, S&S Power Switchgear has confirmed that the Company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate (LC)’ as on 31st March,2022 and hence Annual Disclosure as per the frame work provided in the aforesaid circular is not applicable to them. The undertaking as required under the said circular is enclosed as (Annexure-B2).
