Ovobel Foods has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company have at their meeting held on 4 May 2022 commenced at 1.00 pm and concluded at 2.30 pm, as per recommendation of the Audit Committee, appointed Rinku Gupta & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22. Earlier the Board of Directors had at their meeting held on 28th August 2021 appointed Suman Bajoria & Associates, Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the financial year 2021-22, which was also informed to the Stock Exchange. However, Suman Bajoria & Associates, Company Secretaries is not a peer reviewed firm and so the Company was bound to appoint a new Secretarial Auditor for necessary compliance. There is no other reason for change of Secretarial Auditor.
