In continuation of its letter dated April 29, 2022, Reliance Industries has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, has: Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Consolidated and Standalone) for the year ended March 31, 2022 and the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2022, as recommended by the Audit Committee; and Recommended a Dividend of Rs 8.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022. Pursuant to Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the company enclosed the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter / year ended March 31, 2022 and Auditors’ Reports with unmodified opinions on the aforesaid Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Standalone). The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:15 pm and concluded at 7:30 pm. The company shall inform in due course the date on which the Company will hold its Annual General Meeting for the year ended March 31, 2022 and the date from which dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid or warrants thereof dispatched to the shareholders.
