Infibeam Avenues has received approval for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) in Australia to undertake the business of online digital payments system, to operate as a payment processor, to provide services for Mobile point of Sale (mPOS), Near Field Communication (NFC) and contact less card technology business in the area of online payments and non-cash transactions. The board of directors at their meeting held on May 9, 2022 has approved the same.
