Pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the Trading Window is closed from 1 April 2022 and shall be opened forty-eight hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid meeting of the Board of Directors.
