Pursuant to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018, in respect of fund raising by Issuance of Debt Securities by Large Corporate, Link Pharma Chem has confirmed that the Company does not fall under the category of ‘Large Corporate’ as per the criteria provided in the said circular as on 31st March, 2022. Hence the requirement of filing the Annual Disclosure for incremental borrowings to the aforesaid circular for the Financial Year 2021-22 is not applicable to the Company.
