LKP Securities has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘LKP IFSC’ on May 09, 2022. The subsidiary will inter-alia, undertake the activities as a Stock Broker, Investment Advisor, and to act as Category III AIF and to carryout advisory activities in GIFT IFSC as mandated by the regulators. Cost of acquisition is Rs 1 crore in the form of subscription of 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
