The Board took note of the said letters of approval and the contents thereof and advised that the management should continue to follow good governance practices as also the procedures for reporting / making applications as per required norms to the Stock Exchanges pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015.
