The same will also be made available on the Company's website at www.igarashimotors.com and also on Stock Exchange's website at www.bseindia.com and www.nseindia.com. Further, pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window closure for trading by Designed Persons, commenced on 1st April 2022, and shall end on 25th May 2022 after 48 hours of the declaration of financial results for the Company on May 23, 2022.
