Capri Global Capital is planning for fund raising by way of equity shares or other securities through rights issue and/or private placement including issuance of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds, qualified institutions placement or any other method as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required including shareholders' approval, if applicable.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on May 21, 2022 to consider and approve the same.
Capri Global Capital is engaged in the business of providing loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), providing long term finance for construction of residential houses in India, retail Lending in India and in providing ancillary services related to the said business activities.
