Saksoft’s wholly owned US subsidiary - Saksoft Inc., has acquired 100% stake in Electronic Data Professionals (EDP), a US based Business Intelligence and Information Management consulting company. The company has inked the share purchase agreement on December 31, 2012 in United States for the same.
By virtue of this acquisition done by US subsidiary, EDP shall become a step down subsidiary of Saksoft. EDP has been operational for 7 years and has grown consistently well for the last few years.
