Bharat Forge has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on Monday, May 16, 2022 considered and approved, the following items of business: Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2022. In this regard, it enclosed the following: a. Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2022 along with the Auditor's Report thereto (Annexure - 1); Declaration of Chief Financial Officer on Unmodified Opinion in the Auditor's Report for Financial Year 2021-2022 (Annexure - 2); Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2 each (at the rate of 275 %) for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to approval of the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, if approved by member, will be paid on or after August 19, 2022.
