Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 6789922.97 crore on May 16 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 83096370.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 38,339.12 crore, Stock Futures Rs 53,508.15 crore and Index Options Rs 6502025.42 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 1,96,050.28 crore.
