Cressanda Solutions has received an approval to incorporate tech enabled business by establishing Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in Singapore for the business acquisitions, to strengthen the company's inorganic growth strategy and to expand and cater Southeast Asian Market. A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 23, 2022 to considered and approved the same.
