TVS Motor Company has signed a share purchase agreement on May 16, 2022 with Fabric IOT (Fabric IOT) and Intellicar Telematics (Intellicar), a wholly owned subsidiary of TVS Motor, to divest the entire shareholding (100%) of TVS Motor in Intellicar to Fabric IOT as per the terms of the agreement. Post the transaction, Intellicar and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Intellicar Singapore, will cease to be subsidiaries of TVS Motor.
Africa's largest carrier -- Ethiopian Airlines is looking to have commercial tie-ups with domestic budget carriers InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) and SpiceJet. It is also evaluating the prospects of setting up an aircraft (maintenance, repair and overhaul) facility in India. Ethiopian Airlines has been constantly expanding its operations in India with additional frequency, new cities and aircraft upgrades.
Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has supplied 4,300 tonnes of special steel for India's indigenous navy warships INS 'Udaygiri' and INS 'Surat'. The steel supplied by SAIL comprises DMR 249A grade Plates and HR Sheets. The entire quantity of steel has been supplied from SAIL's Bokaro, Bhilai and Rourkela steel plants.
Kajaria Ceramics has received an approval for additional acquisition of 2,09,000 equity shares of Kajaria Plywood (KPPL), subsidiary company, at a consideration aggregating to Rs 20.90 lakh to make it wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and increase the limits of investments in KPPL from Rs 50 crore to Rs 60 crore, in one or more tranches, through subscription of equity shares of KPPL and/or granting of unsecured loan to KPPL, subject to compliance of applicable laws. The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on May 17, 2022 has considered and approved the same.

Bharti Airtel has reported results for fourth quarter ended March 31, 2022. The company has reported net loss of Rs 2468.20 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit at Rs 456.30 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the company increased by 11.93% at Rs 19743.40 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 17638.90 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year. On the consolidated basis, the company has reported over 2-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 3715 crore for the quarter under review as compared to Rs 1511 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 22.02% at Rs 31518.90 crore for Q4FY22 as compared Rs 25831.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
Abu Dhabi-based global strategic investment company -- International Holding Company PJSC (IHC), has completed Rs 15,400 crore ($2 billion) investment transaction in the Adani Portfolio companies -- Adani Green Energy (AGEL), Adani Transmission (ATL) and Adani Enterprises (AEL). IHC has provided capital to Adani Green Energy, Adani Transmission, and Adani Enterprises, which are all listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) in India - through the preferential allotment route.
