ADF Foods has incorporated a subsidiary namely ‘Telluric Foods’. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India has issued the certificate of incorporation on May 17, 2022. Telluric Foods has been incorporated to buy, sell, distribute and deal in food products through e-commerce and/or other business channel in India.
Telluric Foods has been incorporated with an authorized capital of Rs 50,00,000 divided into 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and Paid-up capital of Rs 5,00,000 divided into 50,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. ADF Foods has 60% shareholding in the said Subsidiary.
ADF Foods manufactures and processes a wide range of canned, bottled and processed vegetables fruits and foods for the export and domestic markets.
