OnMobile Global has informed that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on Thursday, May 19, 2022 in Bangalore, through Zoom Video conference has considered and approved the audited financial results as per IndAS for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the audited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) as per Ind AS along with the Auditors report and declaration regarding unmodified audit reports under listing Regulations is enclosed; and considered and recommended a dividend of Rs 1.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022 subject to approval by the shareholders at the ensuing AGM. The Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 7.30 pm IST and concluded at 11.30 pm IST.
