Advanced Enzyme Technologies has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 22, 2022, has recommended a Dividend @ 50% Re 1 per Equity Share on the face value of Rs 2 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2022, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing 33rd Annual General Meeting of the Company (AGM). The Dividend, if approved / declared by the Shareholders at 33rd AGM, will be paid on and from the second day from the date of AGM. Record date for the entitlement of Dividend, and date & timings for ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company shall be intimated in due course of time.
