General Insurance Corporation of India has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the corporation is scheduled to be held on Friday, 27.05.2022, through VC, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the period ended 31.03.2022; to consider and recommend Dividend on the equity shares of the Corporation for the FY 2021-22, if any; and to transact any other matter which the Board may deem fit. Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window is under closure from 01.04.2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of financial results for the period ended 31.03.2022.
