Piramal Enterprises has received approval for issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) up to Rs 50 crore along with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs 550 crore aggregating up to Rs 600 crore on private placement basis. The meeting of Administrative Committee of the board of directors held on May 24, 2022 has approved the same.
