Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, DMR Hydroengineering & Infrastructure has informed that Janardan Choudhary (DIN: 07871968) Independent Director has vide his resignation letter dated May 23, 2022, resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from the closing hours of May 23, 2022, on account of his increasing professional commitments and time constraints. Naresh Kumar Mathur (DIN: 08632404) Non-executive Director has vide his resignation dated May 23, 2022, resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from the closing hours of May 23, 2022, on account of his pre-occupations. The company confirmed that there is no other material reason for the resignations other than those provided above. The details as required under SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 are annexed and marked as Annexure-I, II. Further, the resignation letter of Choudhary is annexed and marked as Annexure-III.
