Gufic Biosciences has informed that it enclosed the copies of Newspaper published today in Business Standard (All Edition in English language) and Mumbai Lakshwadeep (Mumbai Edition in Marathi language) in accordance with Rule 6 of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended from time to time ('IEPF Rules'), inviting attention of concerned shareholders to submit their claims in respect of unclaimed dividends of the Company for last seven consecutive years failing which their shares would be transferred to IEPF Authority in accordance with Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder.
