With reference to letter dated 21st May, 2022 read with the Copies of the Extract of Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2022, published in the Newspapers on Saturday, 21st May, 2022 in English and in Marathi (regional language), Hindustan Foods has informed that the Marathi News Publication, while translating into Marathi language and final publishing, inadvertently made the typo-graphical error and instead of mentioning the title of the Advertisement as 'for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2022' they had published as 'for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2020'. Now the newspaper publication has rectified the error and have published corrigendum in today's Navshakti (Marathi) Newspaper clarifying to read the title as 31st March, 2022 instead of 31st March, 2020. The Company has enclosed the copy of the aforesaid corrigendum published in today's newspaper.
