PTC India Financial Services has informed regarding meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled to be held on today (24th May, 2022) to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. In this connection, it also informed that due to paucity of time, the Audit Committee (the meeting of which was scheduled prior to the Board Meeting) will continue its proceedings on 26th May, 2022 related to Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021. Accordingly, the Board Meeting, which was scheduled for today (24th May, 2022), is rescheduled to be held on 26th May, 2022 to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2021.
