The New India Assurance Company has informed that Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services was appointed as a Government Nominee Director on Company's Board with effective from 17th January, 2020. The ministry vide communication with Ref. no. A-11011/04/2022-Ins I dated 24th May, 2022 informed that Sanjeev Kaushik demitted the office of Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services. Hence, his tenure as Director of the New India Assurance Company ceases with effective from 24th May, 2022.
