Aditya Birla Nuvo has informed that the Investor Relations and Finance Committee of the board of directors of the company has on January 04, 2012, allotted 1943 equity shares under the company’s Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006). The said 1943 shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.
Consequent, to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the company stands increased from 11,35,29,899 to 11,35,31,842 fully paid-up equity shares of 10 each aggregating to Rs. 1,13,53,18,420.
