The Company has certified that the Paid-up share capital of our Company The Southern Gas is Rs 22.50 Lacs and the Net Worth of the Company is Rs 2031.36 Lacs as on 31st March, 2022 which is within the threshold limit of Rs 10 Crores and Rs 25 Crores respectively, as prescribed in the Regulation 15(2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
