Alphalogic Techsys has informed that pursuant to the new ICSI guidelines applicable to the company in respect of appointment of Secretarial Auditor, company in its Board Meeting dated 27th May, 2022 has appointed CS Sudarshan Panigrahi, Practicing Company Secretary being peer reviewed professional by Institute of Company Secretaries of India having membership no. ACS 23187 and CP no. 19649 having rich experience in corporate secretarial matters as Secretarial Auditor of the Company from the financial year 2021?22 onwards in place of CS Sanjay Kumar Mohta who was appointed as Secretarial Auditor of the Company.
