Smruthi Organics has informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on Saturday, May 28, 2022 had recommended a dividend of Rs 3 per equity share of Rs 10 each of the Company for approval by the shareholders at the AGM. Dividend, when declared, will be payable on or before 04th September, 2022, to those Members whose names are registered as such in the Register of Members of the Company as on Friday, 29th July, 2022 (Record Date) and to the Beneficiary holders as per the beneficiary list as on Friday, 29th July, 2022 provided by National Securities Depository Limited and Central Depository Services (India).
