United Credit has confirmed that the securities comprised in the share certificate nos. 69023 and 69024 received from the following shareholder for dematerialization of shares, have been listed with BSE and The Calcutta Stock Exchange, where the earlier issued shares are listed and the concerned shares certificates have been mutilated and cancelled immediately after due verification and the name of the Depository has been substituted as the registered owner of the shares comprised in the said certificates in the record of the Company within the stipulated time. This has also been confirmed by the RTA of the Company, vide their certificate dated 1.06.22, a copy of which is enclosed.
