PB Fintech has made further investment of Rs 36.57 crore in MyLoanCare Ventures (Myloancare), now a subsidiary of the company and the shareholding has increased from 24.93% to 70.10% on a fully diluted basis post allotment of Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) by Myloancare.

PB Fintech is India's leading online platform for insurance and lending products. The company provides convenient access to insurance, credit, and other financial products and aims to create awareness in India about the financial impact of death, disease, and damage.
