Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company has informed that it furnished the details of request for issue of duplicate share certificate reported by shareholder of the Company, received from the Registrar and Transfer Agent, Link Intime India on June 13, 2022. Accordingly, in compliance with the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD /MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25, 2022, a Letter of Confirmation in lieu of the original share certificate will be issued to the respective shareholders of the Company, as provided.
