GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals has informed that the audited results for the year ended December 31, 2012 are expected to be approved by companies board of directors before the end of February 2013 i.e. within a period of 60 days from the close of the accounting year and as such, the company would be announcing the audited financial results within a period of two months of the close of the accounting year.
The company would therefore, not be publishing the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012.
