Jagran Prakashan has received an approval from High Court of Allahabad for scheme of arrangement between Naidunia Media and company and their respective shareholders and creditors. However, the scheme is pending for approval from High Court of Madhya Pradesh (Indore bench).
The scheme shall be effective from the date of filing of certified / authenticated copies of orders of the High Court with the Registrar of Companies at Uttar Pradesh and Registrar of Companies at Madhya Pradesh, as applicable.
Jagran Prakashan has business interests in area of newspapers, outdoor, internet, magazines, below the line marketing solutions, and mobile value added services. The company publishes Dainik Jagran, a Hindi daily newspaper.
