Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with sub-reg 7 of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals has informed that Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas (MoP&NG), Government of India, vide letter No.CA-31032/1/2021-PNG (37493) dated 14/06/2022 (Copy enclosed) has conveyed that the Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Asheesh Joshi on the Board of MRPL vice Esha Srivastava. The Board of Directors will induct Asheesh Joshi, in due course, as Government Nominee Director on the Board of the Company, vice Esha Srivastava in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
