Maharashtra Seamless has informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held today, June 16, 2022, approved Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of United Seamless Tubulaar, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (Transferor Company) with Maharashtra Seamless (Transferee Company) on a going concern basis under Section 230 - 232 of the Companies Act, 2013. The said Scheme of Arrangement shall be subject to the approval of National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) of relevant jurisdiction, Shareholders and Creditors of both the Companies and other Regulatory Authorities, if any.
